You Matter Liver Connect is a program designed to help individuals living with MASLD, MASH, NASH, and fatty liver disease find community, resources, and trusted support networks. A liver disease diagnosis can feel overwhelming, and many people struggle to find reliable information or connect with others who understand what they are going through. Liver Connect helps bridge that gap by linking patients and families to organizations, communities, and educational resources dedicated to liver health.

Through this program, You Matter Patient Advocacy Group connects individuals with liver disease organizations across the United States and around the world, helping patients access trusted educational materials, advocacy networks, and support initiatives focused on MASLD and MASH. These partnerships help ensure individuals can find the guidance, research updates, and specialized resources they need throughout their liver health journey.
In addition to organizational partnerships, You Matter Liver Connect also provides access to supportive online communities, including social media groups and patient-focused platforms where individuals can share experiences, ask questions, and build connections with others living with liver disease. These spaces help reduce isolation and create opportunities for learning, encouragement, and peer support.
Our goal is simple: to ensure no one facing MASLD, MASH, or fatty liver disease feels alone, and that every patient has access to the networks, knowledge, and community support needed to navigate their journey with confidence.
